The City Of Toronto released the WYS device data through their Open Data portal. Here is a quick analysis I did in Google Data Studio of two devices that are near me.
The data was downloaded and grep’ed to make it palatable, then massaged some more to get it into Big Query. From there it was relatively easy to use the database as a source for Data Studio.
